I do indeed like Lady GaGa's brilliant new single. The hype surrounding it might do it a little bit of a disservice however. Slicing out all the overcontextualisation though, its an extraordinary little ditty that see's Gaga simply do a wonderfully tight pop song. I love it. But guess what, it just had me pining me for Dusty Springfield. Dusty's Born This Way is currently burning up my Itunes. Its a fabulous anthem which may reveal some ground in Gaga's detractors that argue she vacuums lyrics and styles already out there and unpicks it and reintroduces it for a 2011 audience.
DUSTY DID IT FIRST! BORN THIS WAY
