Its been 5 years since the last Robyn album came out. 5 years! This blog is named after her 3rd album "Don't Stop the Music". Following her is like a part of this sites dna. Its been so much fun. To watch her do really well in Sweden, attend the small shows in London to supporting Madonna and of course the American concerts. So, to hear new details about Robyn's new album "Body Tale" is pretty much delicious. So whats the new album all about? Well, its key influences are Gossip and Alicia Keys. From the tracks I've heard one might say its a mish-mash of throbbing dirty dance, the return of freestyle, and spunkypunky pop. If you know O'Spada you might get a flavour of where Robyn is going with her longwaited 5th album. Song titles confirmed are as follows: "Looking for Love", "None of Dem", "Dancing On My Own" (this is amazing), "Don't Fucking Tell Me What To Do", "Dance Hall Queen" and the gloriously titled "Fembot".

How exciting for you :) A robyn release for you is like new simon curtis or Deborah Gibson for me. It's the raison d'etre of the site, even though many other wonderful things distract inbetween!!
